Ingredients of Chilli Paneer
- You need 300 grams of paneer.
- It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1.5 tsp of salt.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- You need 3 tbsp of soya sauce.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of chilli sauce.
- Prepare 2.5 tbsp of ararot powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of maida.
- It's 1/2 cup of water.
- You need 6 tbsp of refined oil.
- It's 4 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 2 of green chillies.
- Prepare 3 of medium size cube shaped cut onions.
- You need 4 of medium size cube shaped cut capsicum.
- Prepare 1 pinch of food colour.
- You need 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.
Chilli Paneer instructions
- Take paneer & add turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, salt-1/2 tsp, red chilli powder-1/2 tsp, black pepper powder-1/2 tsp, garam masala-1/2 tsp, soya sauce-1 tbsp, chilli sauce-1 tbsp, ararot-1 tbsp & maida..

- Mix it well & take aside..
- Take ararot 1.5 tbsp & water in a bowl. Make a fine slury & take aside..
- Heat kadai & add 4 tbsp refined oil. Then add marinated paneer into this hot oil. Fry till golden brown & then take aside..
- Add 2 tbsp refined oil to the same kadai. Then add ginger & garlic paste and green chillies. Cook it for 2 minutes in high flame..
- Add onions & capsicum, fry it on high flame for 2 minutes..
- Add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, salt 1 tsp, soya sauce 2 tbsp, chilli sauce 2 tbsp, tomato sauce 1 tbsp & food colour(optional) into this kadai. Mix them well..

- Finally add ararot slury. Cook it for 1 minute & then ready to serve..
