Ingredients of Chilli Paneer

  1. You need 300 grams of paneer.
  2. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  3. You need 1.5 tsp of salt.
  4. It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  5. It's 1 tsp of black pepper powder.
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
  7. You need 3 tbsp of soya sauce.
  8. Prepare 3 tbsp of chilli sauce.
  9. Prepare 2.5 tbsp of ararot powder.
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of maida.
  11. It's 1/2 cup of water.
  12. You need 6 tbsp of refined oil.
  13. It's 4 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  14. It's 2 of green chillies.
  15. Prepare 3 of medium size cube shaped cut onions.
  16. You need 4 of medium size cube shaped cut capsicum.
  17. Prepare 1 pinch of food colour.
  18. You need 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.

Chilli Paneer instructions

  1. Take paneer & add turmeric powder-1/2 tsp, salt-1/2 tsp, red chilli powder-1/2 tsp, black pepper powder-1/2 tsp, garam masala-1/2 tsp, soya sauce-1 tbsp, chilli sauce-1 tbsp, ararot-1 tbsp & maida..

  3. Mix it well & take aside..
  4. Take ararot 1.5 tbsp & water in a bowl. Make a fine slury & take aside..
  5. Heat kadai & add 4 tbsp refined oil. Then add marinated paneer into this hot oil. Fry till golden brown & then take aside..
  6. Add 2 tbsp refined oil to the same kadai. Then add ginger & garlic paste and green chillies. Cook it for 2 minutes in high flame..
  7. Add onions & capsicum, fry it on high flame for 2 minutes..
  8. Add black pepper powder 1/2 tsp, red chilli powder 1/2 tsp, salt 1 tsp, soya sauce 2 tbsp, chilli sauce 2 tbsp, tomato sauce 1 tbsp & food colour(optional) into this kadai. Mix them well..

  11. Finally add ararot slury. Cook it for 1 minute & then ready to serve..
