- It's 1 bowl of maida/All purpose flour.
- Prepare 100 gm of paneer.
- You need 2 of onion.
- It's 1 of capsicum.
- It's 1 of Grated carrot.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of mayonnaise.
- You need 2 tbsp of tomato ketchup.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of green chutney.

- It's 2 tbsp of butter.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Chaat masala.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of kalonji/onion seeds.

- In a bowl mix maida, salt, 2tbsp oil, and kalonji. Make a soft dough of it.Let it rest for half an hour. Take small portion of it and roll it like a chapati. Heat a tawa and put this chapati on it for 1 min.It should be just half cooked. Frankie base is ready..
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add onion and capsicum.Saute it for 2 min. Add tomato ketchup, green chilli sauce, salt and black pepper to it. Now add paneer and toss it gently..
- In a bowl mix mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and green chutney. Spread is ready. Now heat a tawa and put 1 tbsp of butter and place a frankie base to it. Cook it for 2 min.Remove it from tawa. Now apply spread to it.put some cabbage and carrot on it. Now place paneer stuffing to it.Top it with onion rings and sprinkle some chaat masala.
