  6. You need 1/2 teaspoon of red food colour.
  7. Prepare 1 teaspoon of soya sauce.
  8. It's 1 teaspoon of cornflour.
  9. You need as needed of Oil for deep fry.

Chicken Lollipop instructions

  1. Wash chicken lollipop in running water..
  2. Take mixing bowl add chicken lollipop, ginger paste salt, red chilli powder, ajinomoto, soy sauce, corn flour. Marinate it and keep aside for 1hour..
  3. Heat oil in wok and fry marinated chicken lollipop in heated oil for 15minutes on low medium flame..
  4. When it done transfer it to a plate..
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onion..
  6. Serve this with schezwan sauce..
