Ingredients of Chilli Paneer

  1. Prepare 250 grams of Paneer.
  2. You need 2 of onions.
  3. It's 1 of Capsicum.
  4. You need 4 of Green Chillies.
  5. You need 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's 2 tsp of Soya sauce.
  7. You need 3 tsp of Red chilli sauce.
  8. You need 1 tsp of Tomato sauce.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of Corn flour.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  11. You need As required of Oil for frying.
  12. You need As per taste of Salt.

Chilli Paneer step by step

  1. Mix cornflour, a pinch of salt and red chilli powder in a bowl. Add paneer cubes to it and coat them well..
  2. Deep fry the coated paneer in hot oil on high flame till they turn slightly golden brown..
  3. In a pan heat 1 tbsp of oil, add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, diced onions and diced capsicum. Saute for around 2-3 min, do not overcook..
  4. Now add all the sauces to it and mix well. Add the fried paneer and cook for a minute..
  5. Chilli Paneer is ready to be served!.
