- Prepare 1 tsp of sugar & salt to taste,.
Chilli Chicken instructions
- Take a mixing bowl, add chicken & all the given ingredients of merination except oil..
- Mix it well, keep it in the fridge for atleast 2 hrs..
- Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Lower the flame now, fry chicken pcs till golden brown..
- Do not stir immediately. Take out in a dish, keep aside..
- For Gravy—- Take a large wok, add oil, heat it..
- Lower the flame now, add ginger garlic, sauté it for a while. Increase the flame..
- Add onion, capsicum, green chilli, sauté it for a while. Do not cook it, let the crunch be there..
- Mix all sauces, soya sauce & vinegar, stir it..
- Mix corn flour with water, add in to the masala. Now add sugar, black pepper & salt, mix well..
- Give a boil, add chicken pcs, mix it well..
- Cook it for 2-3 minutes, add few onion greens..
- Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl..
- Serve it with fried rice or noodles..
- All cooking is done at high flame..
