Chilli Chicken instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add chicken & all the given ingredients of merination except oil..
  2. Mix it well, keep it in the fridge for atleast 2 hrs..
  3. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Lower the flame now, fry chicken pcs till golden brown..
  4. Do not stir immediately. Take out in a dish, keep aside..
  5. For Gravy—- Take a large wok, add oil, heat it..
  6. Lower the flame now, add ginger garlic, sauté it for a while. Increase the flame..
  7. Add onion, capsicum, green chilli, sauté it for a while. Do not cook it, let the crunch be there..
  8. Mix all sauces, soya sauce & vinegar, stir it..
  9. Mix corn flour with water, add in to the masala. Now add sugar, black pepper & salt, mix well..
  10. Give a boil, add chicken pcs, mix it well..
  11. Cook it for 2-3 minutes, add few onion greens..
  12. Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl..
  13. Serve it with fried rice or noodles..
