- Marinate chicken with soy, chilli sauce, ginger garlic paste, salt, vinegar,eggs maida and corn flour,red chilli powder, garam masala, keep for 1 hr, deep fry and keep aside..
- In another vessel heat 3 tbs the same oil used to fry chicken, add slit green chillies,curry leaves, garlic chopped, fry, beat curd mixed with colour and tomato sauce. Add this to oil, keep stirring add the chicken pieces, mix well till the chicken absorbs the curd, add water if required..
