- Prepare 2 of chicken breasts.
- It's 2/3 of ball of mozzarella.
- Prepare 2 pinch of chilli flakes.
- It's 1 teaspoon of thyme.
- You need 1/2 teaspoon of hot chilli powder.
- It's 1 teaspoon of gram masala.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of ground chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of ground sweet paprika.
- Prepare of Salt and pepper seasoning.
- You need of Drizzle of chilli oil.
- It's Knob of butter.
- It's 1 of diced onion.
- Prepare 1/4 teaspoon of garlic (or 1 clove).
- You need 10 of cherry tomatoes.
- Prepare 5 of small mushrooms (quartered).
- Prepare 1/2 tub of mascarpone.
- Prepare 100 g of mature cheddar.
- It's 1 Packet of spinach.
- It's 1 packet of fresh egg noodles.

I'd suggest putting the chicken breasts on aluminum foil and then put that on a baking dish, just to minimize the scrubbing of the burnt bacon. Stuffed chicken on a bed of creamy cheesy noodles instructions
- Insert knife into each chicken breast at the end, moving around to create a hole to stuff.
- Taking half the mozzarella for each chicken breast, stuff inside, filling entire cavity evenly.
- Combine all dry ingredients (thyme, chilli powder, paprika, gram masala and 1 pinch of chilli flakes) add salt and pepper to season.
- Rub half of the dry ingredients over each chicken breast.
- Place chicken on oven dish and drizzle with chilli oil.
- Cook chicken at 200c for 20 minutes.
- Turn over chicken at 20 minutes and cook until noodles are ready (approx 10 minutes).
- Melt butter in sauté pan and add onion. Brown for a little while then add garlic. Stir together.
- Cook spinach to packet instructions whilst following next instructions.
- Add remaining chilli flakes, then whole cherry tomatoes. Cook for a little while then add mushrooms.
- Add mascarpone and cheddar, stirring until it melts.
- Add cooked and drained spinach, stir in then add the noodles.
- Heat up the noodles for a few minutes, check the chicken is ready and cooked through - then serve!.
