- It's 1 of small unsmoked Gammon joint.
- It's 1 of red pepper chopped.
- It's 1 of green pepper chopped.

- Prepare 1 tbs of smoked paprika.
- It's 1 tbs of mild chilli powder.
- You need 1/4 tsp of hot chilli.
This campfire stew is a fantastic winter warming meal that the whole family will love and it is super easy. I do think though, that the key to this recipe is to soak it beforehand, otherwise you'll be reaching for a glass of water every half. Sw campfire stew instructions
- Place all the ingredients into slow cooker and cook on low for 6/8 hours.
- After 6/8hours take Gammon joint out and cut it into bite size or or shred and place back into slow cooker and mix.
- Serve with jacket potatoes and green veg or with sw potato wedges and sweet corn.
