- Add the butterflied chicken to the middle of the pan and fry on medium for 3 minutes.
- Turn chicken over and cook for another 3 minutes pushing the veg around the chicken.
- Add the drained broccoli to the outside of tbe chicken and cook turning the broccoli over and push the veg around and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through add the squeeze of lemon and stir around.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or fries.
