Healthy Lentils Cheela step by step

  1. #stuffing.
  2. Chopped the green capsicum in square shape..
  3. Chopped paneer in dice size..
  4. Heat a wok and add capsicum..
  5. Mix well for one minute..
  6. Keep the capsicum aside..
  7. Heat ghee in a wok..
  8. Add cumin and asafoetida (hing) stir it..
  9. Add ginger paste & chopped green chilli mix well..
  10. Add tomato puree and mix well..
  11. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corinder powder, garam masala and sugar, mix well on medium flame..
  12. Stir regularly on low flame..
  13. After 2 minutes add capsicum & paneer mix well..
  14. Stirred one minute..
  15. Take off the flame..

  18. Few drops of ghee spread on a non stick pan (Tava)..
  19. Pour a laddle full of batter in the centre of pan (Tava)and spread it..
  20. Keep semi thick (like a chapati)..
  21. Cook on both sides on low flame & add ghee the sides if needed..
  22. Place the cooked CHEELA wrap on a plate..
  23. 2 tbs of paneer & capsicum mixture (stuffing) on the centre of the wrap and fold it three sides..
  24. Half of wrap with foil paper..
