- Chopped the green capsicum in square shape..
- Chopped paneer in dice size..
- Heat a wok and add capsicum..
- Mix well for one minute..
- Keep the capsicum aside..
- Heat ghee in a wok..
- Add cumin and asafoetida (hing) stir it..
- Add ginger paste & chopped green chilli mix well..
- Add tomato puree and mix well..
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corinder powder, garam masala and sugar, mix well on medium flame..
- Stir regularly on low flame..
- After 2 minutes add capsicum & paneer mix well..
- Stirred one minute..
- Take off the flame..

- 2 tbs of paneer & capsicum mixture (stuffing) on the centre of the wrap and fold it three sides..
