  1. First Take a large pan and boil water for potatoes Cut the Potatoes in rectangle shapes shown below Boil it for 4 minutes only..
  2. Now pour corn flour,black pepper powder,salt,schezwan sauce on 3/4 boiled potatoes.mix it well till all potatoes properly coated.than take pan and heat sufficient oil for fry these potato wedges.Fry till light golden in colour shown below..

Further take a large kadai, heat oil and saute chopped garlic, chopped ginger,slit green chilli and chopped onions and capsicum on medium flame.Now add chilli sauce,ajinomoto, tomato sauce, soya sauce, schezwan sauce, vinegar and salt.saute on high flame for 30 seconds.Turn off the flame and add honey and mix well..
  4. Further add fried potato and mix gently.add roasted sesame seeds.mix well..
