  1. Prepare 2 cups of Whole Wheat/Gehu (soaked ova nite, boiled and blended).

  11. You need 1 tsp of Dhanya Jeera masala (or 1/2 tsp each).
  12. It's 2 tbsp of Ginger/Garlic paste.

  16. Prepare of Garnish: 2 cups Birista (crispy fried onions and chopped Coriander leaves).

  1. In a big pot put 1/2 cup oil and fry onions till browned up add tomatoes and spices make a paste like add blended wheat, daal rice mixture, meat, tomato puree, 3 cups water and cook, keep on stirring add lemon juice and sprinkle garam masala..
