  1. To make crispy pork belly; Pound garlic, coriander roots and white pepper together in pestle and mortar then add some oyster sauce, sugar fish sauce and soysauce in and mix well..
  2. In a big mixing bowl add pork belly in and pour the sauce in, mix them well. Marinate pork belly overnight and put it in the oven on medium heat for 45 min..
