- Prepare 1 of big raw mango cutted into medium size pieces.
- Prepare 4-5 of Amla cutted into small pieces.
- It's 4-5 of green chilli cutted into slice.
- It's 4-5 of carrot cutted into slice.
- Prepare 2 cup of stored lemon pickle.
- Prepare 3 tbsp of mustard powder/rai na kuria.
- You need 3 tbsp of salt.
- It's 2 tbsp of turmeric.
- It's 2 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1 of lemon juice.

- Take a big vessel wash all given ingredients in the list and cut accordingly.
- In the other bowl add all chopped mango, carrot, amla, green chilli and stored lemon pickle add mustard powder, oil, salt, turmeric lemon juice and mix it. Close the lid and keep aside for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours mix it again and store in the bottle..
- Stored lemon pickle - cut lemon into 4 sides. In between fill it with salt and turmeric. Fill in one glass bottle and use it as a pickle. Refrigerate lime pickle so that it has a longer shelf life..
