  1. In a pan add oil,and cut the chilli into slices from middle now add cumin seeds.
  2. Add mustard seeds,add asafoetida,add kalaunzi.
  3. Add fennal seeds mix it well.now add gram flour.
  4. Add mango powder,add red chilli powder,add termeric powder.
  5. Add salt mix it well.now masala is ready.transfer into a bowl..
  6. Niw fill the masala into the chillies.like this.now fry all the chillies..
  7. And cover with lid for 5 min.and open the lid and now add achar masala powder mix it well and cook for 2 min.on low flame..
  8. Now take a jar and fill the jar tighten with lid.achar is ready..
