Ingredients of Potli Pickle
- It's 1 kg of green mango.
- It's 2 packets of bedekar pickle masala.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- It's 5 tbsp of red chilli powder.
- It's 3 tbsp of turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of onion seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 ltr of mustard oil or as needed less or more.
Potli Pickle instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Wash and wipe all the green mangoes and great with grated.
- Add salt and turmeric powder mix all properly and keep aside for 2 hours.
- Now squeezed the grated mangoes, separate the released water.
- Heat the oil when it release smoke switch off the flame.
- When I oil comes In the room temperature add red chilli powder and onion seeds.
- Mix properly then, add ready to mix pickle masala.
- Mix it properly,then add it in grated mangoes.
- Mix all ingredients properly.
- Now cut the Muslim cloth in 6 by 6 inch in pieces to feel the prepared pickle.
- In this muslin cloth put one or two spoon of pickles and knot it, and put in the glass jar all pickle potlis.
- Airtight the the jar with lid and potli pickle is ready.
- If needed add some more oil in the jar to cover the potlis,so that it will never spoil.
