  7. You need 1/2 spoon of Hing.

  1. Heat pan add jeera 1/2 tsp methi seeds and roast few seconds and grind to powder with 1 tsp red chilli powder..
  2. Wash, dry and make pieces of mango..
  3. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp methi seeds, curry leaves, red chilli, hing, turmeric powder then add mango pieces and stir for some time..
