- You need 10 of Aloe vera.
- It's 1/4 cup of Fenugreek seeds.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of Asafoetida.

- It's 1 spoon of Dried mango powder.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.

- Wash aloe vera properly. Peel throny edges carefully and cut in to small square pieces..
- Heat two cups water in a pan and blanch aloe vera pieces and fenugreek seeds for five minutes..
- Drain the water and pat it on kitchen towel to remove the water completely..
- Heat oil in a pan on smoking point..
- Reduce the heat. Let it little cool..
- Add asafoetida in it and soute for a while..
- Add aloe vera and fenugreek seeds in it and saute for five minutes..
- Add salt and pepper, turmeric powder, dry mango powder in it. Mix well..
- Switch off the flame. Add vinegar in it..
- Cool it on room temperature and tranfer to sterilized bottle..
