  1. You need 10 of Aloe vera.
  2. It's 1/4 cup of Fenugreek seeds.
  3. It's 1/2 teaspoon of Asafoetida.
  4. You need 2 teaspoons of Salt.
  5. Prepare 1 teaspoon of Red chilli powder.
  6. It's 1 spoon of Dried mango powder.
  7. It's 1 teaspoon of Turmeric powder.
  8. It's 1/2 cup of mustard oil.
  9. You need 1 tablespoon of vinegar.

Aloevera Pickle instructions

  1. Wash aloe vera properly. Peel throny edges carefully and cut in to small square pieces..
  2. Heat two cups water in a pan and blanch aloe vera pieces and fenugreek seeds for five minutes..
  3. Drain the water and pat it on kitchen towel to remove the water completely..
  4. Heat oil in a pan on smoking point..
  5. Reduce the heat. Let it little cool..
  6. Add asafoetida in it and soute for a while..
  7. Add aloe vera and fenugreek seeds in it and saute for five minutes..
  8. Add salt and pepper, turmeric powder, dry mango powder in it. Mix well..
  9. Switch off the flame. Add vinegar in it..
  10. Cool it on room temperature and tranfer to sterilized bottle..
