  1. First of all wash curry in running water for 5 to 7 times. Take out the inner part (gotla) of curry. Now add 1 tsp turmeric and 3 tbsp of salt to it. Mix it well. And leave it for 1 day. Now drain out all excess water with a strainer Swipe all curry with a cotton cloth. And dry it on cotton cloth for 2 to 3 hours..
  2. Take a kadhai and heat oil in it. Put Rai, dry chilli powder, cinnamon cloves, bay leaf and asafoetida to it. Then put curry to it. Sprinkle turmeric, red chilli powder,sabot dhania, salt, fennel seeds, black pepper to it. Mix it well. Now add grated jaggery to it and mix it well. And let it cook for 20 minutes on medium flame. A soon as curry become a little soft off the flame. Add methiya masala to it and mix it well..
