- Prepare 2 cups of Mustard seeds oil.

- You need 4 tbsp of Fenugreek seeds.
- It's 2 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of Black pepper.
- It's 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 1/4 tsp of asafoetida (hing).
- You need 4 tbsp of Salt.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of Fennel seeds.
