- At first -wash broken wheat 2-3 times with water and add warm water and let it soak for 30 minutes.
- In pressure cook-heat oil, add jeera, hing and ginger chilli, saute it, then add all the chopped vegetable and broken wheat without water..
- Add all the masala and let it cook as it is for 1-2 minutes then add 3 cup water cover it and let it siment on low flame for 15-20 minutes..
- As it is soaked in warm water it will cook without pressure cooker..
- Once it done-switch off the gas, add coriander and lemon juice and serve it with raita and salad..
