- You need 8 of Lemons.
- Prepare 6 of Green Chillies.
- Prepare 150 gm of Salt.
- Prepare 1 of and 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tbsp of Carom seeds.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Fenugreek seeds.
- It's 1 tbsp of Fennel seeds.
- Prepare 1 of and 1/2 tbsp Mustard seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.

Lemon Pickle step by step
- Heat a pan and put whole spices in it..
- Roast all whole spices on low flame till they changed colour..
- Remove from flame and let it cool..
- Grind them in mixer to a fine powder..
- Wash and dry lemon and green chillies..
- Cut lemons in 8 pieces, also cut chillies from middle..
- Put them in a big mixing bowl and add all spices along with salt..
- Mix all well with hand so spices can cover lemon pieces..
- Transfer them in a glass jar and keep in sunlight for a week..
- After 1 week tangy lemon pickle is ready, enjoy with parathas..
