- In a big bowl add the mashed potatoes, to it add the Gits instant upma mix, onion, ginger and green chilli paste and salt. Mix it well to form a dough. Keep it aside to rest for 15-20 minutes..
- Make balls from the dough and flatten them a little. Or you could make the shapes of your choice..
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them on medium heat, till they are golden in colour. You could also shallow fry or bake them if you like..
