- It's 6 of Lemon.
- You need 150 g of Green Chilli.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare to taste or 2 tsp of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Asafoetida.
- It's 2 tbspn of Mustard oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp. of Saunf.
- You need 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds.

- Cut lemons onto small pieces and keep aside. Cut green chillies into one inch pieces..
- Put Lemon and Chillies in a bowl and mix and keep aside..
- Now roast saunf, fenugreek seeds, salt, mustard seed only for two minutes. Doing this we r removing their moisture Bt not cooking them..
- Let them cool..
- Now mix these roasted ingredients into Lemon Chilli bowl, add Turmeric powder and mix well..
- At last mix mustard oil. And put into an airtight container..
