- It's 4 of skinless salmon fillets.
- You need 4 tbsp of Vickys Teriyaki Sauce.
- It's 2 tbsp of Vickys Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce.
- Prepare of Juice and zest of 1 lime.
- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 300 g of pack stri-fry vegetable mix.
- You need 2 tbsp of Vickys Soy-Free Soy Sauce.

- Mix the teriyaki sauce, sweet chilli sauce, lime zest and juice together.
- Add the salmon fillets, turn to coat and let marinate at the side for 15 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the salmon fillets for 4 minutes on each side or until slightly blackened (the marinade does this). Set aside.
- Add the remaining marinade to the pan and let reduce slightly. Stir-fry the vegetables in another pan with a splash of water and add the soy sauce, cooking for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
- Divide the stir-fry vegetables between 4 plates, top each with a salmon fillet and drizzle with the reduced marinade.
