- You need 3 of chillies (add more for extra spiceness).

- You need Bunch of natural tamarind.

- Heat 2tbs oil in a pan. Add onions and chillies. Add to pan and allow to sauté for few minutes.

- Make sure your samosas have been fried at this point and cut them in small pieces (Does not need to be precise) and add them in the pan, and mix a bit until cooked.
- For the tamarind sauce, get a bunch of tamarind and soak in boiling water for 5 mins. This will allow the seeds to be removed and drain the liquids out to give the tangy taste. Sieve and remove any hard bits. Add pinch of salt and mix..
