  3. Prepare 1 medium of onion (150g) ,thinly sliced.
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
  5. It's 2 tbsp of brown sugar (or sweetner of choice).
  6. Prepare 3 tsp of raspberry vinegar.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of pine nuts or flaked almonds (40g) toasted.
  8. It's 2 tsp of chopped fresh coriander.
  9. Prepare 1 pinch of of chilli or paprika.
