- You need 750 grams of green fresh beans of choice ( green beans, string beans , snake beans).
- You need 1 tsp of olive oil.
- Prepare 1 medium of onion (150g) ,thinly sliced.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli flakes.
- It's 2 tbsp of brown sugar (or sweetner of choice).
- Prepare 3 tsp of raspberry vinegar.
- You need 1/2 cup of pine nuts or flaked almonds (40g) toasted.
- It's 2 tsp of chopped fresh coriander.
- Prepare 1 pinch of of chilli or paprika.

- Heat oil in pan and sauté the onion slices with the chilli flakes ..

- Trim the beans and cut into small pieces , heat in microwave , boil or steam.
