- Wash and soak urad dal for 4 hours in enough water..
- For stuffing i have taken crumbled paneer,chopped almonds,chopped walnuts,some chocolate raisins and some coriander leaves,mix well.
- After that drain the water and wash it again,put it in mixer jar in few batches and make a smooth paste,if needed add 1 or 2 tsp water..
- Take it out in a bowl add salt and beat it with your hand for 5 to 7 mins,so that gujiya will become soft and fluffy..
- Heat a pan with oil and take a plastic cover upon that keep 1 tbs of batter..in between keep 1 tbs of dry fruits stuffing and turn the cover gently so that it will take gujia shape...
