- Marinate pomfret fish with haldi powder, lemon juice, Ajwain, salt & keep for 20 mins..
- After that spice the pomfret fishes with red chilli powder, green chili, ginger & garlic paste, maida, suji, rice flour, salt & pinch of ajwain..
- Put the fish in frying pan having hot oil & after 10 mins, flip the other side, fry for another 10 mins..
- Once it is ready serve it garnish with chopped cucumber, tomato, onion & red green chillies..
