  5. You need 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
  6. It's 7-8 pcs of Green chilli paste.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of Maida.

  1. Marinate pomfret fish with haldi powder, lemon juice, Ajwain, salt & keep for 20 mins..
  2. After that spice the pomfret fishes with red chilli powder, green chili, ginger & garlic paste, maida, suji, rice flour, salt & pinch of ajwain..
  3. Put the fish in frying pan having hot oil & after 10 mins, flip the other side, fry for another 10 mins..
  4. Once it is ready serve it garnish with chopped cucumber, tomato, onion & red green chillies..
