- It's 4 tbsp of garlic paste.
- It's 6 tbsp of red Chilli paste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of dhania powder.
- It's 1 tsp of amchur powder.
- It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of jeera.
- You need 1 tbsp of white sesame seeds.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of oil.

- Make garlic paste by grinding 100 gms of garlic along with some water into a smooth paste.
- For red Chilli paste soak 200 gms of dried red chillies in warm water for 15 minutes, then grind them into a smooth paste with little water, deseed them.
- Heat oil in a pan and put rai, jeera and white sesame seeds, let them splutter.
- Then add haldi, dhania powder, saute for a while, on low heat.
- Then add garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously, until it becomes little brown.
- Then add red Chilli paste, cook on low heat until the oil comes out.
- Then add salt and amchur powder, mix well.
- Cook further for 2 minutes and the chutney is ready.
- When becomes completely cool then take it out in a serving bowl.
- You can have this with poori, paranthas, white dhokla.
