  1. Boil diced potatoes in 1 cup of water. Add salt,red chilli powder,haldi,2 green chillies and sukha dhaniya powder. Cook for 10 mins on sim. Add vinegar when potatoes are half cooked..
  2. After 10 mins, temper it with mustard oil, jeera and dry red chillies.cook for another minute and keep aside..
  3. In 3 tsp water,cook 2 green chillies till tender. Crush them coarsely..
