- Boil diced potatoes in 1 cup of water. Add salt,red chilli powder,haldi,2 green chillies and sukha dhaniya powder. Cook for 10 mins on sim. Add vinegar when potatoes are half cooked..
- After 10 mins, temper it with mustard oil, jeera and dry red chillies.cook for another minute and keep aside..
