- You need 2 of tomatoes.
- It's 7-8 of potatoes cut in cubes.
- It's of Brinjal 4-5 cut in to pieces.
- It's 1 bunch of Spanish.
- It's 100 gm of Peas.
- It's 100 gm of Green beans.
- You need 100 gm of White chickpeas.
- Prepare 100 gm of Cluster beans.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
- It's 4 Tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 5-6 tbsp of Yogurt.
- It's of Small Green chilies 40 or as per taste.
- It's 1 1/2 cup of Oil.

- You need of In blender yogurt and green chilies blend it weel.
Memoni Dhokra step by step
- After 2 hours heat oil and shallow fry fish for both side..
- In A pan heat oil then add tomatoes and all spices when tomatoes turn soft add all vegetables and chickpeas and cook for 10 to 15 minutes after 15 minutes add 2 cup of water when water boils add shaped Dhokra to cook after 30 to 35 minutes check when Dhokra softens turn off the flame and serve it with fried fish.
- For Dhokra : In blender yogurt and green chillies blend it well. Then take Aata in bowl add salt as per taste and cumin seeds 1tsp blend it, knead it well and shape them.
