  11. Prepare 1/2 kg of Flour(bajray ka Aata)1.

  13. It's 7-8 of potatoes cut in cubes.
  14. It's of Brinjal 4-5 cut in to pieces.
  15. It's 1 bunch of Spanish.
  16. It's 100 gm of Peas.

  20. You need of Salt as per taste.

  24. You need 5-6 tbsp of Yogurt.

Memoni Dhokra step by step

  1. After 2 hours heat oil and shallow fry fish for both side..
  2. In A pan heat oil then add tomatoes and all spices when tomatoes turn soft add all vegetables and chickpeas and cook for 10 to 15 minutes after 15 minutes add 2 cup of water when water boils add shaped Dhokra to cook after 30 to 35 minutes check when Dhokra softens turn off the flame and serve it with fried fish.
