Ingredients of Chicken Karahi

  1. Prepare 1 kg of Chicken with bones.
  2. You need 1 kg of tomatoes.
  3. It's 2 of medium onions finely chopped.
  4. It's 6-8 of green chillies chopped.

  6. Prepare 1/2 tsp of haldi powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Red Chilli flakes.
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper crushed.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  11. You need 1-2 tbsp of heaped Karahi masala(roast equal quantities of white zeera and sabut dhania,grind it to make masala).
  12. Prepare 1 of tbso Ginger Garlic paste.
  13. It's 1 cup of Ghee.
  14. It's 1 tbsp of adrak ka paani(extract ginger water by crushing).
  15. It's of Fresh ginger and coriander for garnish.

  6. In the end add ginger extract water,cook for a while.garnish with fresh coriander chopped and sliced ginger and serve with naan or chapati and Raita..
