Chicken Tikka Masala (boneless) step by step
- In a big mixing bowl add the chicken chunks with all the spices and yogurt..
- Mix nicely, cover with cling wrap and refrigerate at least for 1 hour or overnight..
- In a chopper, finely chop the onion and keep aside. Make tomato purée and keep aside..
- Now remove the marinated chicken and give a mix. And in a non-stick pan/wok, add 4-5 tbsp oil and add these chunks one by one. Do not over fill the pan, otherwise the chicken will leave it’s waters. Remove in a bowl when done. And repeat the step for the remaining chicken. (keep the flame on medium high).
- In another non-stick wok add oil, ginger garlic crushed and sauté for 30 seconds. Then add the chopped onions. Sauté till translucent..
