- It's 2 of . Mustard - 1/2 tsp.
- You need 3 of . Cumin - 1 tsp.

- You need 6 of . Onion - 1 sliced thinly.

Tindora Fry instructions
- 1. Wash tindora in running cold water nicely and cut thinly. Keep aside. 2. Heat a tbsp of oil in kadai add mustard and cumin. Once it starts to splutter add sliced onion and saute till onion change colour..
- 3. Add the sliced tindora, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Add enough salt. Mix nicely. Close with lid and cook in medium flame for another 3 minutes. 4. Open the lid stir it if it is not cook yet close lid and cook for another couple minutes..
