- It's 200 grams of kidney beans(boiled).
- It's 3 of medium onions (chopped).
- It's 2 of Tomato (paste).
- You need 2 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- You need 2 of green chillies (chopped).
- Prepare For of Whole masala-2 bay leaves,2black cardamon,4 cloves,5-6 black pepper.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- You need 1 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1.5 tbsp of garam masala.
- It's 1.5 tbsp of coriander powder.
- It's 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- You need 1/2 tsp of asafoetida (hing).
- You need 2 tsp of Rajma powder.
- It's 5-6 tbsp of Cooking oil.

- Boil the kidney beans with 3 whistles in pressure cooker..
- Take deep pan add 4tbsp oil. Add all whole spices and onion, ginger garlic paste..
- After the saute onions and brown in colour add tomato puree and all masala..
- Cooked till oil is separated from the masala.that is perfectly cooked..
- Add boiled rajma with stock. And add half cup of water, cook with cover the pan for 10 minutes in medium flame..
- After 10 minutes Rajma is ready,garnish with fresh coriander leaves..
- Serve hot with Rice. Taste is delicious with rice.you can wat with roti also. Enjoy!!.
