  1. Prepare 100grm of French beans Chopped.
  2. You need 2small of potatoes chopped.
  3. You need 1big of onion chopped.
  4. Prepare 1/2 of tomatoes chopped.
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of garlic ginger paste.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
  9. Prepare 1-2 tbsp of oil.
  10. You need 1pinch of salt.
  11. Prepare as needed of coriander leaves chopped.

  1. Take a Pressure cooker add 1 or 2 tbsp oil. After oil get heated add onion chopped after few minutes onion change colour add beans, potatoes and tomatoes sauté for 2-3 minutes..
  2. After that add all dry ingredients and mix it well. Sauté for few minutes..
  3. Add 1-2 tbsp water and close the lid and do 2 whistle of pressure cooker and close the flame..
  4. After pressure will release open the lid and add coriander leaves and mix it well. (if little water will left u can switch on the flame and get dissolved all water if u want other wise u can serve like that only.).
  5. Serve with chapati or plain paratha..
