- You need 1 of sliced onion.
- Prepare 60 g of apple puree.

Spicy Korean pork bulgogi marinated in a gochujang based sauce with lots of fresh garlic and ginger! A perfect dish for spicy food lovers! Spicy pork bulgogi (called jeyuk bokkeum or dweji bulgogi) is another highly popular Korean BBQ dish. Jeyuk means pork, and bokkeum means stir-fry.

- Crushed and mince garlic, slice onion, cut leek into lengthwise, cut carrot slices and make 60g apple puree, put all the ingredients into a big bowl. (If you can't eat too spicy I suggest reduce the amount of Korean chilli powder you put in).
- Wear a disposable glove and use hand to mix the sauce, vegs and meat until well combine,.
- Marinate for at least 30 mins to one hour, you can also marinate overnight..
- Add some oil to the fry pan, add in the marinated meat and vegs into the pan, stir fry until the meat is cooked..
- Add in red or green chilli if you like,.
- Well is cooked, turn off heat and serve on a plate..
- Add some leek strips on top and garnish with some sesame seeds. Finished..
