- You need 1 of large pack of high vitamin d mushrooms(bought from tesco).
- You need of Some basic spices: 1 teaspoon Salt, half teaspoon tumeric.
- You need 1 of tspn garlic past, 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes.
- It's 1 teaspoon of salt (for water draining when mushroom cooking).
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of cooking oil.

- These are them:rince running cold water and tossing with hands in collander.
- Preps:slice them all.Add to a wide surface cooking pan,preferably similar to one shown(or just a regular shallow frying pan will do).Add the salt and cook until mushrooms wilt and give water. (they will shrink and reduce to about half or was,! original size).cook until water dries off.and add spices and a little cooking oil so as spices cook and don't stick..
