  1. Prepare 2 pack of noodles(prefer whole wheat or whole grain noodles).
  2. You need 2 tbsp of cooking oil.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of chopped garlic.
  4. You need 2 of green chilli. Chopped.
  5. Prepare 1 of onion sliced and 3 tbsp spring onion (optional).
  6. Prepare 2 cups of mixed veggies(cabbage,carrots,bell pepper,beans,babycorn).
  7. You need 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
  8. You need 1 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of chilli sauce or any hot sauce.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of tomato sauce.

  1. Bring 5 cup water to a rolling boil,add noodles and cook till soft without them mushy,than drain it and rinse them well under cold water,add 1 tbsp oil mix well and keep aside..
  2. Add oil to a hot pan and put on to a high flame, saute garlic and green chilli for a minute,than add onion saute for a minute,add all veggies and saute 2 -3 minutes until they are half done yet crunchy..
  3. Then pour in vinegar, soy sauce and hot sauce if using, after that add cooked noodles,pepper and salt,toss and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve veg noodles hot or warm. Enjoy ❣️.
