  1. Firstly wash and soak Rice fr 20 mins and thn in a Sepri,put 2tsp,oil whn heating put whole garam masala (2tezpatta, cloves, dalchni,)thn put rice,rice should be half cooked and water should be drained.
  2. In a Kadai put oil 2/3 tspoon oil,put slits green chillies,thn put jeera,grated onions,stir it fr 5 mins,put ggpaste and put all vegs (cabbage, capsicum carrots, peas,corns, cauliflower and beans) and put all Masala including salt fr at least 15 to 20 mins.
  3. Fr making briyani,I added 2cols, orange and green, firstly I green colour rice and thn I put sabzi over it,thn 2layer orange colour rice thn sabzi, lastly white rice and thn sabzi.
  4. Granish with coriander leaves, mintleaves, kasturi meth and grated coconut.
  5. Serve hot with curd ya raitha and roasted papad.
  6. Mouthwatering recipe.
