- Soak rice for 15 mins with double water.
- Boil rice with little1/2tsp salt and oil.

- Second portion take spinach purée add ingredients little as in the tomato portion ready and keep aside.
- Now mix third white portion in the veggies.
- Set in a serving dish green,red and white with vegetables garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with mixed riata papad and pickle and enjoy this three colour biryani.
