  2. You need 1 cup of wheat flour.
  3. Prepare 1 of tomato (medium).

  8. You need Handful of Coriander leaves.

  12. Prepare 1/2 tbsp of salted butter.

  16. You need 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce.

Loaded Nachos instructions

  1. Make a smooth paste out of tomato, garlic, 2 green chillies and salt..
  2. Now mix the corn flour and wheat flour in a mixing bowl and knead a dough using the paste. You wont need water. Now cover and Keep aside for 15 mins..
  3. Now, add some butter to another pan and add maida to it. Roast for a bit, add milk such that no lumps are formed and then add cheese. Let everything incorporate properly. Divide into two add black pepper to one and chilli sauce to another..

  5. Now, roll thin sheets of the dough using a lil bit of dry flour and fork it thoroughly. Then cut into triangles..
  6. In a pan heat some oil. Keep the flame at medium and fry these triangles. And keep aside..
  7. Spread the nachos on plate and add the cheese sauce you made and top it of with veggies. Sprinkle some red chilli flakes.Enjoy !.
