Ingredients of Peanut butter Noodles
- Prepare of Peanut Butter.
- Prepare of Noodles (Asian style).
- Prepare of Soy sauce.
- Prepare of Rice wine Vinegar.
- You need of Sesame Oil.
- You need of Chilli Oil.
- You need of Ginger.
- Prepare of Garlic.
- Prepare of Spring Onions.
- Prepare of Red Chilli (or Green).
- Prepare of Sesame Seeds.
In a medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, honey, ginger, vinegar. Peanut butter noodles are a quick and easy meal. Some of you might remember my recipe for Thai peanut chicken, well; this is very similar only with pasta added. Drain the noodles and while they are still hot, toss through the peanut butter sauce.
Peanut butter Noodles step by step
- Place the noodles into a pot with 3/4 of hot water and let it simmer.
- In a seperate pot add 6 tablespoons of peanut butter.
- 1 table spoon soy sauce.
- 1 table spoon of rice wine vinegar.
- Half a table spoon of sesame oil.
- 3 table spoons of chilli oil.
- Add a small amount of grazed ginger.
- Add 1 clove of grazed garlic.
- Boil the pot and let it simmer for about 3-5 mins. Add 2 table spoons of water while it's half way simmering.
- Chop 1 or 2 spring onions and red chilli.
- Take out the noodles and add some olive oil to make it less dry. Mix well.
- Then dump the peanut butter sauce into it along with the spring onions and red chilli. Add sesame seeds and mix well.
- Serve in a dish and add more spring onions or red chilli with some sesame seeds..
