Ingredients of Young Mangoes Chilli

  1. It's 5 cloves of garlic.
  2. It's 8 of shallots.
  3. Prepare 10 of bird’s eye chillies/ chilli padi 🌶.
  4. It's 10 of big red chillis.
  5. You need 2 of stripes of kurau salted fish (cut into small pieces, remove the skin and any bones).
  6. It's 2 of red ripe tomatoes.
  7. You need 1 of green young mangoes, julienned.
  8. It's 3-4 tbsp of Oil.
  9. It's of Salt, sugar, chicken/mushroom seasoning.

Young Mangoes Chilli instructions

  1. Wash clean all ingredients, put all ingredients except kurau salted fish and green mangoes into chopper.
  2. Heat some oil (about 3-4tbsp) on the pan, fry the salted fish until fragrant, add the remaining ingredients (except the mangoes).
  3. Once the chilli turns softer and fragrant, add the julienned young mangoes, continue stirring and fry for few more minutes. Season with salt, sugar, chicken seasoning to your taste.
