- Prepare 500 g of mince.
- You need Tin of red beans (I used borlotti).
- It's to taste of Paprika.
- Prepare to taste of Dried chilli.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's Tin of chopped tomatoes.
- It's of Olive oil.
- Prepare of Salad of your choice.
- Prepare of Wraps.
This quinoa and black bean chilli recipe is high in protein, low calorie and vegan - but still Tip in the quinoa, stock, tomatoes and black beans, and season well. Simple white bean salad with red onions, a little lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. It would make an excellent picnic salad because you can make it a day ahead; the extra time just gives the flavors more time to sink into the beans. Pour vegetable oil over cereal mixture.
Quick chilli, bean n salad wrap instructions
- Brown off the mince.
- Add spices.
- Add tomatoes, stir and cook for 15 mins. Meanwhile prep your salad.
- Add beans half way and cook for another 5 mins.
- Plate up. Put wraps in microwave for 20 secs. Add mince and salad on top. I used iceberg lettuce, chopped tomatoes, red onion and grated cheese. Wrap it and enjoy :).
