- Peel the potatoes and wash it nicely and keep the potatoes in water for 5 mins..
- Grind the chillies and garlic to a coarse paste. Also grind the tomatoes and keep aside..

- Take a kadai and add 2tbsp oil and add chopped potatoes and saute in high flame for 5 mins. Then add coarsely grinded garlic and chilli paste and saute for a minute..
