- You need of Rice.
- Prepare of Carrot.
- Prepare of Green peas.
- You need of Green beans.
- You need of Sweet corn.
- You need of Spring onions.

Fried Rice instructions
- Perboil your Rice about one derica.
- Boil the turkey till tender, add salt, chilli, Ginger, garlic and tumeric.
- Fry the turkey and set aside.
- Wash the rice, set aside. Into a clean pot add the stock, knorr cubes and allow to boil the add rice and cook till tender.
- Fry the onions, carrot, green beans.
- Add the green peas, spring onions, sweet corn and green peppers to the pot boiling with rice.
- Pour the fried vegetables into the pot of rice and stir..
