  1. Layout all your ingredients. When we cut them in different shapes and sizes, we are pleasing every aspect of our cravings!.
  2. White beans in tomato sauce puree with fresh parsley.
  3. I used the bean puree to make pancakes with purple cabbage and Thai mong beans..
  4. Fresh cucumber, purple cabbage and parsley in vinagrette with cold bean's puree on hot boiled glass noodles.
  5. I cut half of a cauliflower and put in the hoven at 250°C for 15minutes with Gouda cheese (just some sprinkles will do) on a tray with coconut oil and soya sauce... They turned out super juicy and crunchy! So tasty and healthy and very fulfilling..
  6. All together now! Sauntee mushrooms and lettuce finalise the feast. Just perfect to give me Energy to work on the veggies garden..
