- You need 250 gm of Potato.
- Prepare 4 tsp of Corn flour.
- You need 1/2 bowl of Cabbage chopped.
- It's 1/4 bowl of Capsicum chopped.
- It's 1/2 bowl of Onion chopped.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Black pepper.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need as per taste of Ginger cloves chopped.
- Prepare as per taste of Garlic chopped.
- It's as required of Oil to fry.
- Prepare as needed of Coriander leaves to garnish.
Chilli Potato step by step
- First of all peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into thin slices and cut each slice in sticks..
- In a bowl take cold water and place the in water for 20-30 minutes..
- Take the potatoes in a bowl an rinse extra water and add 2 tsp corn flour and salt as per taste and mix them..
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the potato sticks and stir them occasionally so that they do not stick to each other..
- Fry the potatoes till they become crispy and take them out on a plate..
- Take another pan and add 1 tbsp oil and add ginger garlic and green chilies..
- Stir and fry and add chopped onions,chopped capsicum and chopped cabbage to it..
- Saute them for 5 minutes,add soya sauce,chilli sauce,tomato sauce and vinegar to it and stir well..
- Take a bowl and add 2 tsp of corn flour and water..
- Now add 1 cup of water and stir it and add corn flour mixture also to it. Mix them continuously so that no lumps are formed..
- Now add the fried potatoes and mix well..
- Switch off the flame and serve it hot and garnish with coriander leaves..
